We need a clear area of approximately 10 feet by 10 feet. This accommodates our backdrop, lighting, camera, and a small preview monitor. We can work in a booth on the expo floor, a breakout room, a hallway alcove, or a dedicated lounge area. We will coordinate with your event planner on placement.
Do attendees need to schedule an appointment? +
No. Our station operates on a walk-up basis, just like any other amenity on the convention floor. Attendees stop by when they have a free moment, and the entire process from arrival to walking away takes about 3 to 5 minutes. For VIP or speaker sessions, we can reserve time slots.
How are the headshots delivered to attendees? +
Each attendee provides their email address at the station. Professionally edited headshots are delivered digitally within 2 to 3 weeks of the event. For events that need faster turnaround, we offer same-day or next-day express delivery at an additional cost.
Can the backdrop be branded with our event or sponsor logo? +
Absolutely. We offer custom branded backdrops featuring your event logo, conference branding, or sponsor messaging. We will work with your design team on artwork specifications. Branded backdrops are included in half-day and full-day packages at no extra charge when artwork is provided.
What if our event is outside Chicago? +
We serve the entire Chicagoland area and frequently travel to events throughout Illinois and the greater Midwest. For events outside a 50-mile radius, we add a travel fee. Contact us with your event details and we will provide a custom quote.
Can you handle events with over 500 attendees? +
Yes. For large-scale events, we deploy multiple headshot stations with dedicated photographers at each. Two stations can handle 40 to 60 people per hour, and we can scale up from there. We have covered events with over 1,000 attendees at McCormick Place and other major Chicago venues.
